All orders are processed within the same day or 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email depending on the time of day and shipping method. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Packages are only delivered Tuesday through Saturday Delivery is NOT available on Sunday and Monday and national holidays due to limitation, even if you selected a weekend or holiday on the calendar.
Suggestion: if you buy an arrangement for a special occasion on a certain date, we suggest having the package arrive at least two business days prior to the occasion.

• If dust collects after a few months remove it lightly using a duster.
• Keep the lid on the side of the bottom of the box.
• Be mindful when carrying the arrangement; it's a very delicate product

• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
• Avoid exposure to humidity.
• Avoid outdoor use; pieces should be for indoor use only.
• Avoid touching the petals.
• Showcase in a cool, dry environment.
• Do not water.
